SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement is entered into by and between Eric D. Pangilinan, owner of Strategic NewMedia ("Designer"), and NEXT Trade Imports Inc. ("Client"). Collectively, these parties are referred to as the "Parties."

Payment Details:

Work begins only after initial deposit is received
If payment is delayed beyond 7 days, project slot may be forfeited

Late payments may incur 10% annual interest after 7-day grace period

VI. REVISIONS POLICY

Included Revisions:

Up to 5 major revisions during development process
Unlimited minor revisions for 2 weeks after project completion
One free strategy adjustment if conversion rates are below industry benchmarks after 30 days

Third-Party Tools: Client responsible for maintaining subscriptions to integrated tools (Instantly.ai, chat platforms, etc.)

X. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

Complete Confidentiality: All Client business information kept strictly confidential
Data Security: Secure handling of all client data and business information
No Financial Access: Designer will never access or manage Client's financial accounts
NDA Available: Formal Non-Disclosure Agreement available upon request

XI. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

Content & Materials:

Provide Required Content: All copy, images, brand assets via our client onboarding system
Timely Content Delivery: Submit all materials within 3 business days of request
Quality Materials: Provide high-resolution images and professional brand assets

Communication & Feedback:

Attend Scheduled Meetings: Strategy calls and milestone reviews (with 24-hour notice if rescheduling needed)
Timely Feedback: Provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days of receiving drafts
Responsive Communication: Maintain reasonable responsiveness to avoid project delays

Technical Access:

Domain Access: Provide necessary domain and hosting access for integration
Account Setup: Create required accounts for third-party integrations as needed
Decision Authority: Ensure person providing feedback has authority to approve project decisions

Important: If no feedback is received after 7 follow-up attempts over 14 days, Designer may pause project and invoice for completed work.
