You Probably Know That A Website Is One Of The Most Powerful Marketing Tools You Can Possess
Your audience’s first impression of your review center and the perception of its image is based almost exclusively on your website so your website is a wise investment with a big payoff.
Here are the Top 5 Reasons to have a website:
- Promote your school online — 24/7
- A website is your Online Brochure
- Helps Achieve Your Business Goals
- Gain A Larger Market Share
- Communicate with Your Clients/Customers
Isn’t it about time that your school is marketed online?
Watch: Why A Business Needs a Website
The Top 15 Reasons Why
Your Current Marketing Strategy
Reason #1 – Your Competitors Are Already On The Web
Have you ever known that your competitors are attracting the people who could be your customers! What frustration, because you know that your products and services are superior to those of your competitors!
“Google only loves you when everyone else loves you first.” — Wendy Piersall
Reason #2 – Your Customers And Potential Customers Are Already Searching The Web
More than 80% of your customers and potential customers are already searching the web for the very services you offer. Even as you read this there will be someone on the web looking for a business like yours.
It is quite feasible that the surfer will visit a number of sites before he decides on his final choice of product. You need to be certain that you are one of the sites that he has visited if you are to stand a chance of gaining his business. If you have no website, you have no chance.
“By creating and publishing remarkable content in the form that educates, informs, inspires and entertains, marketers can begin to build relationships with prospects early on in the buying cycle.“
— Jonathon Lister
Reason #3 – No Online Brochure
Notice that if you want to get the most of your business through networking and personal connections, then you ought to have a website. Your potential customers can find out about you and any of your products online.
“The best marketing doesn’t feel like marketing.”
— Tom Fishburne
Reason #4 – More Customers
Reason #5 – No “Online Ambassador”
Reason #6 – No Website = No Influence/Leadership
Proven FACT: By having a website potentially thousands of people are going to see it. You are able to influence people’s decisions and educate them.
“Authenticity, honesty, and personal voice underlie much of what’s successful on the Web.”
Reason #7 – Time To Show Off
You know that great feeling you get when people recognize your work? Well, by having a website you can show off what you do and take pride in your work.
Reason #8 – No 24/7 Advertisement
Now you can always be there for your customers because your website will promote you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Even while you’re sleeping your website will be working for you.
Your website can be viewed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. For example, if you are selling your products internationally then this is a major advantage as visitors can, for example, view your wares while you are asleep! An email inquiry will be waiting for you when you get up in the morning!
But even if your business is restricted to the Philippines, you will be amazed at how many people research products and services at the weekend and in the evening. They are busy people and very often this is the best time for them to concentrate on researching a new product or service.
Reason #9 – No Communication with Your Customers
By having a blog or even just a feed on your website, you can update customers on your latest offers, products, promotions, events, photos, or any other content.
Reason #10 – You're Not Catching the Attention of Your Prospects/Buyers
“Content marketing is all the marketing that’s left.”
– Seth Godin
Your website can attract new business by using a whole host of low-cost marketing techniques.
In fact, you can adapt your website to the needs of your business.
There is absolutely no doubt that the internet is the answer to the small businessman’s prayer. For the first time, you have at your disposal the whole world market for whatever product or service you happen to provide. In fact the more niche your product/ service, the more successful you will be with your digital marketing.
You can take your products/services to totally new markets. You may have been restricted to selling your products to customers who passed by your shop in your local high street. Or perhaps you may have been able to expand beyond that limited marketplace by doing targeted (and expensive) advertising in specific newspapers/magazines. However, for the first time, you’ll be able to take your service across the world.
“Before all other things create content that is valuable to your target audience.”
Reason #11 – No Customer Service
“The goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best but legendary.” — Sam Walton, founder, Walmart
You can greatly reduce the cost of customer support by having a ticketing system, or even just an FAQ on your website.
For example, there can be a list of ‘frequently asked questions’ about your service or product.
Not only is this very helpful to customers because it provides instant answers to their “frequently asked” questions, but it also saves you and your employees considerable management time in not having to answer a string of e-mails/phone calls/faxes. What this usually means is when you do receive that e-mail/phone call/fax it is an actual order rather than an inquiry!
You can make information readily available to your customers. For example, new information has suddenly become available concerning your products/services. Put it on your website and communicate via e-mail to your customers — it’s that easy! How about a free downloadable sheet with helpful tips. Your visitors will love it!
“The customer experience is the next competitive battleground.”
— Jerry Gregoire
Reason #12 – No Corporate Email
Reason #13 – No Press Releases
You can run really cheap press releases online about your business, but to do it you will require a website to which your press release point to.
Reason #14 – No Email Marketing
It really doesn’t matter what sort of “deal” you have provided it is presented professionally you can e-mail your database of customers and past enquirers — all within a matter of seconds! I know a small hotel that sends out an email with forthcoming events to its database of 700+ past enquirers. It takes about 15 minutes to do the whole mailing and costs nothing.
The result is that these ‘potential customers’ are constantly reminded of the hotel and a given percentage phone up and book at a later date.
Reason #15 – No Website Analytics
With most advertisements, you will never know how many people read your ads/offers but with a website produced and marketed by us, you will be able to tell exactly how many people have visited your website, where those people came from, which search term they used in which search engine, which pages they visited on your website, how long they spent on your website. What other advertising medium issues this sort of valuable feedback on your selling and marketing material?

Website Design & Development
In order to develop a web site that fulfills all the goals of the web site development project, the proposed web development will take place in several distinct phases:
#1 - Gathering Information: Purpose, Main Goals, and Target Audience
News portal differs from the entertainment websites, and online resources for teenagers looks different than sites for adults. Different types of websites provide visitors with different functionality which means that different technologies should be used according to the purposes. A well described and detailed plan made on the basis of this pre-development data can protect you from spending extra resources on solving the unexpected issues such as design changing or adding the functionality that wasn’t initially planned.
Estimated time: from 1 to 2 weeks
#2 - Planning: Sitemap & Wireframe Creation
On the basis of the information that was gathered together in the previous phase, the sitemap is created.
The sitemap should describe the relations between the main areas of your website. Such representation could help understand how usable the final product will be. It can show you the “relationship” between the different pages of a website, so you can judge how easy it will be for the end-user to find the required information or service if he starts from the main page. The main reason behind the sitemap creation is to build a user-friendly and easy to navigate website.
The sitemap allows you to understand how the inner structure of your website looks like but doesn’t describe the user interface.
Sometimes, before we start to code or even work on a design, there’s a necessity to get approval from you that everything looks fine so we can begin the next phase of developing. In this case, a wireframe or mockup is created. A wireframe is a visual representation of user interface that you’re going to create. But it doesn’t contain any design elements such as colors, logos, etc. It only describes the elements that will be added to the page and their location. It’s artless and cheap in production sketch.
Estimated time: from 2 to 6 weeks
#3 - Design: Page Layouts, Review, and Approval Cycle
During the design phase, your website takes shape. All the visual content, such as images, photos, and videos is created at this step. Once again, all the info that was gathered through the first phase is crucial.
Website layout is the result of designer’s work. It can be a graphic sketch or an actual graphic design. The primary function of the layout is to represent the information structure, visualize the content, and demonstrate the basic functionality. Layouts contain colors, logos, images and can give a general understanding of the future product.
After that, you can review the layout and send your feedback. If you’re not sure about some aspects of the design, we will change the layout and send it back to you. This cycle will be repeated until you are completely satisfied.
Estimated time: from 4 to 12 weeks
#4 - Content Writing and Assembly
Content writing and compiling usually overlaps with other stages of website creation, and its role can’t be underestimated. At this step, it is necessary to put in writing the very essence you’d like to communicate to the audience of your website and add calls-to-action. Content writing involves also the creation of catching headlines, text editing, writing new text, compiling the existing text, etc., which takes time and effort. As a rule, you undertake to provide website content ready to migrate to the site. It is better when all website content is provided before or during website coding.
Estimated time: from 5 to 15 weeks
#5 - Coding
At this step, we can finally start creating the website itself. Graphic elements that have been designed during the previous stages should be used to create an actual website. Usually, the home page is created first, and then all sub-pages are added, according to the website hierarchy that was previously created in the form of a sitemap. Frameworks and CMS will be implemented to make sure that server can handle the installation and set-up smoothly.
All static web page elements that were designed during the mock-up and layout creation will be created and tested. Then, special features and interactivity should be added. A deep understanding of every website development technology that you’re going to use is crucial at this phase.
The other important step is SEO (Search Engine Optimization). SEO is the optimization of website elements ( e.g., title, description, keyword) that can help your site achieve higher rankings in the search engines. And, once again, valid code is pretty important for SEO.
Estimated time: from 6 to 15 weeks
#6 - Testing, Review and Launch
Estimated time: from 2 to 4 weeks
#7 - Maintenance
The other major thing is keeping your website secure and up to date. Since we use a CMS, regular updates (i.e., monthly) will prevent you from bugs and decrease security risks.
Estimated time: Ongoing (Please refer to Website Care Information)

A website serves as the central hub where all searches about your business, products or services will lead to. It is your online calling card, your brochure and company profile on the internet where you can make that very important first impression with potential customers.
A Website Gives Your Business More Credibility
Consumers believe that a reputable business would be professional enough to have its own domain and hosted website that show relevant information about their business like company information, history, board of directors, partners, certifications, portfolio, testimonials and contact info.
A Website Gives Customers 24/7 Access to Your Business
Websites offer a very cost-effective way for businesses to have 24/7 operations using automated procedures without the need for a live person. Payments, inquiries, technical assistance and general customer service work can be performed using online tools.
A Website Lets Your Business Compete in Both Local and Global Markets
Regional boundaries are practically non-existent as companies can use their webpages as leverage for doing business in a local, national or even global scale. Your business can have the potential of getting an even larger piece of the global market pie with a professionally designed website.
